In her career Elyse has worked with thousands of individuals and over one hundred organizations across the Outdoor Recreation Economy and aided in advancing their justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) efforts. Her current areas of consulting center on:

• Creation and sustaining of LGBTQ specific youth/young adult outdoor programming

• Curriculum/program auditing and development

• Organizational JEDI work

• Strategic partnership planning and engagement
